The 2024 MPC National Mortgage Conference will be taking place on October
26-28, and this year it’s being held in the beautiful city of Montreal, QC.

This is one of the most anticipated gatherings in the Canadian mortgage calendar, and always comes with a very exciting agenda featuring some truly inspirational keynote speakers, discussion panels, breakout sessions and social events.

We want to see as many of our partners there as possible, and that’s why we’re running prize draws over the next three months to give away expenses-paid trips!

How many prizes are available?

Three in total. We’ll be awarding one trip per month, based on entries collected during the months of June, July and August, 2024.

How can I win?

Simply keep on sending us new deals! Every deal funded with Community Trust will count as one entry into that month’s prize draw, based on the official funded date in our system. There are no restrictions on the type of deals that are eligible for entry.

How will I know if I’ve won?

We’ll be making the prize draws after the completion of each month, and will announce the winners at the start of the following month. From there, we’ll reach out to each winner to make all the necessary arrangements.

All entrants must be Canadian mortgage brokers or agents who are officially onboarded with Community Trust for the duration of the Contest Period, and must remain in good standing from the beginning of the Contest Period through to their attendance at the MPC National Mortgage Conference. Contest not open to residents of Quebec. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Potential winner must successfully answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind to win. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2024. The Contest will consist of three prize drawings from a pool of entries received during the corresponding month. Each prize consists of one all-access conference pass, a three-night stay at Le Westin in Old Montreal, and a gift card valued up to $750 CAD to cover travel-related costs (approximate retail value of each prize: $3,000 CAD).
